Candidate Hiring / Headhunting / Temp dispatch :
For local bilingual staff hiring, Agera together with its partners helps to identify, interview (in Japanese) and then assist in hiring a high quality candidate. Agera charges a standard 30% of the annual remuneration of the candidate as fees.
Managed IT services, including IT Infrastructure procurement, logistics and Operational support:
Agera’s managed IT services covers following types of support (client requirement based) –
- Monthly visit & support on a retainer basis to clients who have small setup in Japan but do not need a full-time system administrator
- Work with the parent overseas firm to replace Japan office hardware or coordinate with local vendors, liaison with network providers or building maintenance teams
- Provide email or chat based L1 support to Japan or Asia-Pac teams in the local Japan /Asia time-zone, understand and log the issue in the global incident management systems
